Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Labs LLC (“Pixel Labs”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use pix-labs.com and the Pixel Labs Service. It applies to all users of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
01Who we are
Pixel Labs LLC is the controller responsible for your personal information. You can reach us about privacy matters at support@pix-labs.com.
02Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and any organization or brand details you add.
- Content and brand assets — logos, product images, brand names, prices, text, and other materials you upload or enter to generate Output.
- Communications — messages you send to support, and feedback or survey responses.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — actions you take in the Service, tokens consumed, jobs run, features used, and timestamps.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and error logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage (see Section 7).
Information from third parties
- Payment processors — when you buy tokens, our processors share limited transaction details (such as confirmation, amount, and the last four digits of your card) with us. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
03How we use your information
- to provide, operate, and maintain the Service and generate your Output;
- to process token purchases and maintain your token balance and transaction history;
- to authenticate you, secure your account, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- to monitor, debug, and improve the Service, including model and template quality;
- to send service, security, and transactional messages, and — where permitted — product updates; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
04AI processing of your content
To generate Output, the Service transmits relevant inputs (such as product images, logos, prices, and text) to third-party generative-AI and image-processing providers that operate the models we use. These providers process your inputs on our behalf to return the requested Output. We select providers that contractually commit not to use your content to train their general models except as permitted by our agreements; however, you should not upload content you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor.
05Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you request;
- Legitimate interests — to secure, improve, and market the Service, balanced against your rights;
- Consent — for optional cookies and certain communications, where required; and
- Legal obligation — to meet accounting, tax, and other legal requirements.
06How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers (sub-processors) — cloud hosting and storage, generative-AI and image-processing providers, payment processors, email delivery, and analytics, each acting on our instructions;
- Legal and safety — authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Pixel Labs, our users, or the public; and
- Business transfers — a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
07Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you logged in) and may use functional and analytics cookies to remember preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
08Payments
Token purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and 2Checkout / Verifone). Your payment-card details are collected and processed directly by those providers under their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS obligations. Pixel Labs does not store full card numbers.
09Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account, after which we will delete or anonymize your information except where we must retain it by law.
10Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected compromise.
11International transfers
Pixel Labs and our providers may process your information in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.
12Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@pix-labs.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
13Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
